Private jet charter quotes
Tell us where you need to be and when, and a planner will price the trip against the aircraft that fit it. Every flight is arranged with an operator that holds operational control, and every price is an estimate until the aircraft is confirmed.

A quote is only useful if it matches the trip you are actually taking. That means the airports closest to your door and your destination, the number of people and bags, and the time you need to leave. A planner works backward from your arrival time rather than starting with an hourly rate.
This page covers the call itself: what to have in front of you, what we do with it, and how the numbers come together. If you already know your dates, the conversation takes a few minutes.
What to have ready when you call
- Your departure and arrival points, including which airport or private terminal you prefer at each end
- Travel dates and the window you want to fly in, plus any flexibility of an hour or two
- Passenger count and a rough bag count, noting anything oversized like skis, golf clubs or a stroller
- Any hard timing on the other end, such as a meeting, a tee time, a sailing or a connection to a commercial flight
- Whether the trip is one way, round trip or multi-leg, and whether you need the aircraft to stay on the ground with you
What happens after you call
A planner matches your trip to aircraft classes that can fly it without a fuel stop and still leave room for the cabin you want. A short hop like Los Angeles to Las Vegas, 199 nm, prices in the light jet range, while a 2,129 nm run such as New York to Los Angeles needs a larger cabin and prices accordingly. We then ask operators for availability on your dates and come back with options, each with the aircraft type, the operator's certificate and the price.
Quotes are estimates and can move with fuel, crew availability and airport fees. Once you approve an option, the operator confirms the aircraft and the price is locked for that trip. Before you fly, your planner walks through the terminal, the arrival time and what the crew needs from you.
If your plans shift, call before the operator's cancellation window closes and we will rework the itinerary rather than start over.
Questions
How far ahead should I call for a private jet charter quote?
For most domestic trips, a few days is enough to price options and confirm an aircraft. Holiday weekends and large events tighten availability, so a week or more gives you more choice. Short notice is often workable, but expect fewer aircraft to be open and less room to negotiate. Call as soon as your dates are firm.
Why does the same route quote differently from one call to the next?
Fuel prices, crew duty limits, airport fees and how many aircraft are free on your date all move the number. A one-way trip can also price higher than a round trip because the aircraft may need to reposition empty. Tell your planner if your timing is flexible, since shifting a departure by a few hours sometimes opens up a better-priced aircraft.
Do I need to know which aircraft I want before calling?
No. Give your passenger count, bags and route, and the planner will narrow the field. A light jet covers 4 to 7 passengers and suits trips like New York to Miami at 949 nm, while a heavy jet carries 10 to 14 and handles longer legs with more cabin. Most callers start without a type in mind and choose from the options.
