What we collect for your charter quote

When you ask us to price a trip, we collect the details we need to send your request to operators: your name, phone number, email address, and the trip itself. That means departure and arrival points, dates, passenger count, and any preferences you mention, such as a specific aircraft class like a light jet or super-midsize, or a particular airport like Teterboro or Van Nuys.

We also keep the record of what we sent you and when, so we can follow up on your quote and answer questions later. If you call us, we may record the conversation as described below.

Why we use your information

The short answer is to get you a real price. Your trip details go to the operators who can fly it so they can quote the route, check aircraft availability, and confirm timing. Your contact information lets us and those operators reach you with the estimate and any questions about the itinerary.

We may also use your details to send a follow-up about a quote you requested, to keep records of the requests we handle, and to improve how we present pricing on this site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your name, contact details, and trip information only with the operators we ask to quote your trip. Those are the companies that would actually fly it, and they need the details to price the request and, if you book, to arrange the flight. We may also share information with service providers who help us run the quote process, such as the systems that route requests and store records, and with authorities where the law requires it.

We are a charter broker, not an operator. The flight, if you choose to book, is performed by an operator that holds its own certificate and operational control, and that operator handles your information under its own privacy practices as well.

Call recording

Calls to and from our quote line may be recorded. We use recordings to check the accuracy of trip details, to resolve questions about a quote, and for training. If you would rather not be recorded, tell the person on the call and we will note it, or contact us in writing using the details below.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and related correspondence only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and then for the period our record-keeping and legal obligations require. When that period ends, we delete the records or remove the details that identify you.

Your choices and how to reach us

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about a quote at any time.
